Hidden away in the commercial area of EcoSky condo at Taman Wahyu, Chef Tam has some pretty good Cantonese dishes to offer. There's no menu and you will need to enquire about what's available on that day. An "omakase" on its own, if you may. TBH, to order without a menu is quite intimidating because you dunno what's the price and sometimes you have no choice given if you are really craving for certain food. Options are limited on that day and we were recommended pork stomach soup (forget picture), steam big threadfin 顺丰 (the only option vs grouper), claypot prawn glass noodle, tofu and vege. The soup was flavorful and the fish was fresh. The claypot prawn glass noodle was the highlight because it was packed with flavor with strong hint of pepper. The prawns were so fresh and filled with roe. The food portion came very huge and we over ordered. We were worried about the price since the portion for each dish was huge but surprisingly affordable with the big pot of claypot prawn only cost us RM90. I would come here one day again if I have no idea what to eat and let the chef decide for me. Location is a bit secluded with not many patron. Parking is available. Hope their business can last.

This is way over in jalan Ipoh, and the traffic caused by road closures made the journey difficult. My friend was supposed to join us for dinner but gave up halfway. Anyways, we found the restaurant on the 1st floor of the Eco Sky lot. Service was decent with the wait staff, but the madam who took the order was rather stern. We ordered the stuffed crab, the Sang Har Min, but they ran out of the stir-fried Kai Lan. The crab, unfortunately, was too egg-based. So much so that you could not taste any crab. But it was still good. The Sang Har Min came with 2 large river prawns, but the taste wasn't there. Unfortunately for us, it also came with a thin metal wire!!!! I called the madam and pointed it out to her, and her reply was, 'Anything else?' No apology or anything. Well, what can you say? We cancelled the dish and left.

Visited this restaurant in 2 occasions in a short period and love the food here. It's definitely a gem. Every dish is good and well prepared especially the iberico pork fried rice, iberico pork ribs, prawn paste fried chicken and almond milk dessert. Didn't get to try chef tham's signature vegetarian ball as many special dishes need advance reservation so make sure to reserve earlier for good food. Will be back soon 😋😜 Service is reasonably good unlike some reviews here said otherwise. With reservation you'll be served fast. Only downside here is bad WiFi. Other than that this is a decent restaurant with great food and people.
