Avoid this place at all cost.

I waited for almost 2 hours and no food was served, The first 15 minutes I asked a few server for my drinks but all they kept asking me to order it in the system. I've shown them that the system reject my order and they still request me to order from the system.

One of the server promise me that he will serve my drinks shortly and I waited for another 10 minutes, yet still no drinks. I got frustrated and went to the counter to complain, and they started to blame each other and promise me again that they will serve to me shortly. AGAIN, after 10 minutes I have not receive my drinks and I went to the counter again to complain and make sure that my drinks is out. Even so, I had to stand there for 5 minutes for them to prepare ready made drinks.

After we had our drink, we decide to give them a chance to redeem themselves to serve us food, but NO.

The server kept asking us to "wait" "it's on the way" "let me check for you" until an hour more and we have not receive any of our food.

Even some customers who came in later than us had their food already.

Not only us, we noticed there are also quite a number of people who arrived earlier than us have not receive their food as well.

Seriously? to the owner that manage this place, is this your first time managing a restaurant? It's sad to see such great ambience of a place got thrown by a bunch of staff who knows clearly nothing about hospitality or even being a waiter.

Please get some experience managerial level individual to manage and lead your team.

If you cant handle the crowd, stop taking in customer. Your staff informed us to wait for 20-45 minutes for food, we did wait for more than that and we have not receive any.

Not one of your staff does table checking. The whole place is a mess, even some of your staff does not know which table is which.

If you cannot accept any order, just inform your customer that you are short of manpower, apologies and see them out. Don't make false promises trying to hold us to wait.

Or show some gestures by providing free snacks while we wait for more than an hour.

This place is blacklisted to me and I will never recommend anyone to dine until I see improvement from the public comments.

Came here for anniversary dinner. The environment was quite nice actually, because it was just beside the lake. Scenery was beautiful during sunset. However, the food was bad, I mean it didn’t even meet the standard of the price written on the menu. I ordered Grilled Lamb Chop and Italian Chicken Chop. Both set up of the plates were bad, never seen any salads like this. To be honest, Lamb Chop from the street food costed me RM15 tasted even better than the Grilled Lamb Chop I had here. Also, the Italian Chicken Chop came up so late, even after I finished my Lamb Chop, my girlfriend still waiting for hers, more than half an hour. The mango juice was something we can buy outside. The taste was exactly the same, nothing special. Friendly advice, when you come here, order something cheap first, if that doesn’t work, just leave it and choose another place to enjoy. My recent experience with Roofdeck Lakecity was extremely disappointing. The beer tasted like they had gone bad, leaving a spoiled aftertaste that lingered unpleasantly. Not only that, but the hangover the next morning was brutal, even vomitted afterwards, indicating poor quality or improper brewing practice.

Have been a regular customer here, however, after the recent change of their owner (Bangladesh Nationality), their services, food, drinks have become worst.

The prices were exorbitant for the quality offered. Paying such a premium for subpar beer is simply unacceptable. Regret spending my money here. Overall, i cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent beer experience. Save your money and health by choosing a different...
