What i can say is whatever Fast food in malaysia to THEM (malay Staff handle) all will close down, im not racist i just say the truth. Staff didnt care about the company at all, when close down and you get jobless then you blame the company didnt gv u a chance? use yr brain to think for that. No biz is bcoz how the staff maintance the restaurant, not customer maintance for you. I see many Malay Food stall on the road side also successful than you doing, easy job inside the restaurant and got aircond summore. Road side malay food stall maintance they food quality, services to all customer. This is why they successful so many are open and open more (summore got new retail shop). Very disappointed with the service and food.

Stopped by for drive-thru thinking its a new outlet and will be good comfort food. But now not feeling too well just hours after this meal.

Things that went wrong: No sauce given for the nuggets even after I asked for honey mustard. (Similar case as some of the other reviews) For the set meal never asked me if I wanted large or medium and by default charged for large. Again I had asked for fresh French fries when ordering but got cold ones instead. Got it changed but then next batch was oily and the taste was off. Rest of the food was nothing to shout about and burger was not up to the regular mc donalds standard.

This is the worst MacDonald outlet that I had been visit. Just order a choco top sundae, when come out it already keep melting and the choco top is very urgly which I can‘t eat easily. Normally Mcd will change a new one but they didn‘t take any action. Even need to ask only give me a tissue but only one pcs which not enough because all melting to my hand already. Everytime I ask for tissue they only give one pcs. (So I ask 3 times for tissue...walao eh)What a bad service, they didnt see the sundae keep melting and all to my hand?
