First time visiting this outlet. Typical like most outlets, tissues here & there, on the floor, tables as most customers don’t know to clean after themselves. There were only 2 staffs attending. First order was an iced Americano and a slice of chocolate cake. Coffee was okie so does the cake. Few hours later ordered another cup and a choc donut for my son. The donut was stone cold. Ask the female staff can it be warmed up or change it to another piece which is 'edible’. Told her you can’t expect my son to eat it like this ? The male staff explained donuts can be heated, okie so why didn’t you put your donuts outside in display like other outlets ? Is it when customers orders one then you literally take it out of the fridge is it ? Have you ever eaten a stone cold donuts before ? The female staff looks irritated and asked the male staff to heat it up using the microwave. Result when presented to me is a mushy donuts that looks like a melted dough with gooey choc on top. Disappointed by their behaviours I just asked them to throw it away before I loose my temper. I’ve been to numerous Zus outlets and NEVER have I been served a stone cold anything.

Read moreI am writing to share my disappointing experience during my recent visit to one of your outlets. I had placed an order through the ZUS app for pickup. When I arrived at the store, I noticed that there were many staff members present, but none of them attended to me or offered assistance with my pickup order.
I had to call out to them two to three times before anyone responded, despite the fact that they saw me trying to get their attention. It was only when some of the staff came near the pickup area for other purposes that they finally handed my order to me.

We came here because my wife's ZUS app says to come today to use a cake promo voucher only valid on her bday, so we came and bought a cake and showed them the voucher in the app for the additional slice of cake FOC. The staff here actually had the gall to decline the voucher claiming they "paused the app" today and said come back tomorrow. What is the meaning of that lame excuse, and how can you turn away loyal customers on their birthday after your own app brought them in? Horrible service. Definitely not returning to this...
