I really had a pleasant experience at this outlet, the main reason was Mr Shahril who is the outlet manager. He was very friendly and humble to the customers. I asked him whether can I substitute the fresh milk with almond milk for my Matcha Green Tea blended and he said it goes well with it because most of the customers do that.Guess what it truly tasted a lot more nicer. I just felt like I should compliment and review about the manager and the staffs there because they truly deserve it. My drink that was made by his staff was really good. Overall I had a pleasant experience with them and Tq Mr Shahril for being humble, friendly and attentive towards your customers.May God Bless...

I have been a regular customer of this branch of CBTL as it is nearby my workplace. But lately, it has been a disappoinment. The food is okay, the service is good. But the environment - there is a waste disposal area behind it - it has been there for many years but only lately it stinks so much to that extend that once you step out from your car, you can smell the garbage. Of course the smell does not enter the cafe, but, if there is garbage disposal nearby, there will be rodents, flies, that could get into the property and affect the safety of food there. I have stopped going as I am not comfortable with the smell of garbage before and after my meal. MPS please...

Damn extremely bad services by all staff who working in this branch. None sense, brainless, bad attitude, not helpful, conclusion better fire all staff and get new blood in. I just raised a very simple request, switch off one of cassette air cond due to the current environment very cool, someone during night time. But the staff though I’m 3 years old, cheating me cannot off due to centralised, lazy to serve me. First visited on 25/12/2022 having bad service, I beg them. This round visit also same service, I will not forgive....
