Domino's Kepong — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I ordered online to pick up at 4.30pm. When I was about to arrive (before 4.30pm), I already see from the tracker that it was done. Worried that the food was made and waited for too long, I went in and asked if they are able to tell me when the pizza was done.

I went in to see the woman at the counter looking down to her phone and didn't even look at me until I was standing in front of the counter and spoke.

When I asked, she replied impatiently. Never smiled, even frowning during our whole conversation until I walked out of the restaurant. (If you are so fed up, just quit)

I ordered 6 pizza with 3 sides. I wanted plastic bag and was told that I need to pay 20 sens.

I asked for maybank/tng QR but the shop apparently don't have any. Then I suggested to pay to the staff then she can pay the store. She rejected. I don't have extra cash or card with me so I asked if she can just give ONE plastic for free. Cannot. It's not that I don't want to pay but the store wont let me pay omg. I ordered so much and can't get even one plastic bag???What happens is that when I carried to my car it even dropped on the road.

I've always been a loyal customer to this branch and all the staffs I've encountered before was very friendly and polite. Until today at 4.30 PM, this is the first and worst staff I've seen from this branch.

I will come again because I love domino. Then I will see if the service remained awful or has improved.

Besides that, I want to highlight that the banana kaya doesn't taste like it was. Lacking banana and the kaya was slightly lesser. Not sure if there was a mistake in the making or what. But we'll see again next time. Looking forward to my next order and hopefully there would be improvements. Thank you for taking your time to...

I went to this Domino's today and I think this is the worst Domino's outlet ever that I have been.......a lady staff who working was so rude and showing attitude. Firstly, I and my friend was waiting at counter to order but none of the staff was bothered to receive our order. Then a lady from the kitchen asked us in a sarcastic way ' nak order ke' even tho she saw us waiting for so long. Like literally why would we stand at counter for??? Damn . Secondly, we have ordered 3 set pizzas and sites , she gave us 2 pack of chili flakes.....then I said i need extra.......n she's telling me that ' sudah extra ade kan........kalau nak extra lagi charge RM 0.50'. I dont mind paying the RM 0.50 but what kind of attitude is this? Like seriously......why she wants to work here if she wants to show her attitude towards customers. Thirdly, there was no restroom for customers.........seriously? Damn, a big franchise restaurant couldn't provide restroom for customers? I understand if you couldn't give it to public but there should be a restroom facilities for customers. I really dont mind about anyhting else. I really hope higher officer's or official take action regarding customer service towards that lady staff. Extremely highly not recommended Domino's...

This is my second time being disappointed with the portion. During my first order, my soup was only 70% full.

This time, I was surprisingly shocked and unhappy with the amount of the toppings on my beef burger with smoky beef. I ordered a 12 “ pizza and it cost rm36 after discount. There were no beef strips, the amount of beef burger is at most two pieces per slice with some slices without any meat at all. With rm36, I can have a good meal else where. On top of that, I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes for the pizza to be ready and still waiting for delivery. I finally gave up went to pick up.

I understand they are busy during dinner time. But the portion and waiting time is totally unacceptable. I hope the management pay attention to this and...
