Today (15/8/2023) I online ordered 2 personal pizza (7") which costed RM4.90 each. Total RM9.80. Arrived to the store, asked for my pizza from counter, the lady besides seems busying making new pizza and call me to wait for awhile. After 5 mins of waiting, a guy who was on his phone came out from behind and stand in front of the counter. For whatever reason he not willing to serve me and continue talking to his phone.
Then, I straight pay the guy RM20 cash, the guy who was in front of me giving me a hand sign of 'what!?'. I asked again for my pizza. He then grabbed RM20 cash from my hand with a very bad attitude. Passed me both pizza and a change of only RM10 cash, he straight walked away. I then sit down and wait for him to finish with his talking since he is so 'busy'.
After done eating, I requested for that 20 sens change that the guy supposed to give me earlier. The guy shouted in Malay: '20 sens also want to request!?' while walking to the back kitchen and take 20 sens for me.
You know what? I seriously don't care if you are manager, CEO or whatever. Your attitude towards your customers are really concerning. Not just to me, but also to the customer on his phone. And I think I should let everyone know here. If your attitude is acceptable, I really don't mind that 20 sens.

Up to date, I still have not received my pizza which order was placed on 22nd April 2023.
No delivery No after service to address the non delivery Customer service call line is terrible, they can cut you off half way during the call No update on refund status or pizza actually being deliver
Note: expecting compensation or at least an update for refund/delivery
With no resolution in place even after having complaints made to their outlet processing the order, speaking to the team and manager & calling their customer service which was a nightmare.
Dominos has just stolen money from a paying customer without even having an escalation process in place for non-deliveries.

The stench will immediately fill the room, making dine-in experience a lot more “pleasant”. Makes you wonder if their kitchen is really clean too as per proclaimed.
Oh also, what a sight to behold today. Really wish I had a body cam with me. Cashier (or probably male store manager considering how bossy his attitude was to others?), was presumably on phone with a customer regarding order purchase (based on their convo), and later proceeded to throw the phone away while badmouthing the customer out loud for not knowing how to do online order.
