Title: Disappointing Portions and Overpriced Mediocrity Review: ⭐️☆☆☆☆ I recently dined at iCrust, and I must say that my experience left much to be desired. The café's reputation for quality food and fair pricing was sorely misrepresented during my visit. I was met with a disappointingly small portion of fries and an incredibly underwhelming chicken chop that was served with too much breading. The combination of expensive prices and subpar quality made this meal a complete rip-off. Let's start with the chicken chop. Not only was it served cold, but it also lacked any flavor or seasoning. It seemed as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long before reaching my table. The texture was rubbery, suggesting that the chicken had been overcooked. It was an absolute letdown, leaving me questioning why I even bothered to order it in the first place. To add insult to injury, the portion of fries accompanying with it's tiny cut portion was shockingly small. It was barely enough to satisfy a child's appetite, let alone a hungry adult. Considering the steep prices, I expected a more generous serving size. Instead, I was left feeling cheated and hungry after finishing the meager portion of fries. It felt as if they took the fries off a store bought item and took the bottom ending pieces of fries to be served to customers. Speaking of prices, iCrust seriously needs to reassess its pricing strategy. The amount they charge for such lackluster quality and meager portions is downright outrageous. I would have been less disappointed if the food had been exceptional, but the combination of high prices and substandard fare is simply unacceptable. The overall experience at iCrust was a complete letdown. The cold chicken chop, minuscule portion of fries, and sky-high prices have left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I cannot fathom how this café continues to operate with such disregard for customer satisfaction. The café used to be good as they served a very buttery, crispy and flakey croissant back then. Until something went wrong with their QC. Their breads are bland now and is tasteless. As if the bakers had no passion and love towards their end product. Coffee Bun was horrible as it was yet again, tasteless and dry on the inside. I would strongly advise against dining at iCrust unless you enjoy paying a premium for mediocre food and feeling unsatisfied. Save your money and seek out other establishments that prioritize quality, value, and customer satisfaction. There are plenty of other options in town that offer better food at more reasonable prices. As for myself, I will not be returning to iCrust anytime soon. The lack of effort in food preparation and the blatant disregard for fair pricing have left a lasting negative impression. I hope that the management takes this review seriously and makes the necessary improvements, but until then, I cannot recommend this café to anyone seeking a satisfying dining experience.

Came here with my fam to have brunch, and left with much disappointment. For starters, despite their emphasis on sourdough being their forte, the price for some of the offerings are above average which sets high expectation for customers. (pastas at RM30+) We ordered various offerings like their Big Breakfast, Croissant with Salmon and Pastas, so that we can taste some variety. Overall food is alright but doesn't feel justifiable with the high price. The coffee was fine, priced at RM10+ averagely which is like the current standards for similar cafes. However the main issue which affected the whole experience was the service. To charge at above average prices, as said expectations will be high but we were instead treated with missed out orders, requests not fulfilled and orders taken wrongly. It was not a packed session and there was just another table of customers besides us, and they had sufficient staffs to handle the floor so we were quite frustrated with the service level given. Overall I still rate it 2 stars due to one of the waiters being particularly helpful compared to the rest, but definitely much much room to improve needed.

Found this place by accident and read the google review. I was pleased that they have sourdough bread. Went in at 7.30pm... the place is void of any customer. Noticed there are croissants in the fridge.Anway my goal is sourdough. I had tried more than 10 outlets specialized in it and the more I had sourdough the more l liked it. I am a low carb dieter and sourdough bread is the only type of bread I eat. Bought the orange peel cranberry sourdough...take away. I was surprised and not what I was expecting. It has no crust despite looking like it and the bread is hardly chewy. It looked and tasted like sandwich bread. Can't taste the orange peel and hardly notice the cranberry too. Still the best sourdough I had was from Universal Bakery and Wild Yeast Bakery.

Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!

I recently visited iCrust Cafe, and I have to say, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I had made a grave mistake. The entire ordeal left me utterly disappointed and frustrated.

Let's start with the food. I ordered their highly recommended dish, which was the Spaghetti Carbonara, and it was an absolute disaster. The presentation was lackluster, and the taste was even worse. The ingredients seemed stale and poorly prepared. It was evident that no care or attention had gone into the preparation. The meal was so unappetizing that I couldn't bring myself to take more than a few bites. Chicken tasted like it was boiled rather than grilled as it was tasteless. For it's price to product ratio, it is too expensive for it's worth.

But the poor quality of the food was not the only issue. The service was beyond atrocious. The staff seemed completely disinterested in their work and lacked basic courtesy. It took an eternity for them to take my order, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and incorrect. The servers were inattentive and seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to the customers. It was a struggle to get their attention when I needed something.

To make matters worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the meal to the chef and to the service, the staff responded with indifference. They didn't offer any solutions or attempts to rectify the situation. It was as if they couldn't care less about their customers' experience.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of iCrust. The poor quality of the food, combined with the abysmal service and unwelcoming atmosphere, make this place a complete waste of time and money. There are plenty of other cafes in the area that offer delicious food and excellent service, so do yourself a favor and choose any of those instead.

I sincerely hope that the management of iCrust takes this review as an opportunity to improve their establishment. But until I see significant changes, I will never set foot in that cafe again, and I urge others to...
