1 December 2024 Lunch at #February18 A little cozy vegan restaurant café at #tamangembira serving home cooked food, without unnecessary ingredients. Mostly using unmodified, original food and ingredients.

Owner cum master chef is a very passionate cook who shares with us her culinary experience and how she selects, cooks, researches her cooking methods.

Try her tempe platter which you won't find in other places (I guarantee).

Food: 8/10 (more home cooked taste) Ambience: 8/10 (cozy and minimalist) Service: 10/10 Cleanliness: 9/10 (toilet is clean) Attitude: 10/10 (master chef is experienced and passionate)

Description (from internet) February 18 Cafe, also known as 二月食吧, is a vegan restaurant located at 42, Jalan Lazat 2, Taman Gembira, 58200 Kuala Lumpur.

The cafe specializes in plant-based dishes, notably their homemade tempeh crafted from organic Australian soybeans.

This vegetarian café has been in my eat-list for a long time and I’m glad I finally paid a visit on Sunday! First thing first, big thumbs up for their spotlessly clean and neat space. You’ll know this statement is true when it comes from an OCD. Yes, they might not have a fancy interior but the air inside feels fresh, the table is smooth to the touch, the menu is like brand new, the toilet is spotless

Toilet aside. Let’s go on to their food. Just by looking at the picture, you can tell that clean and healthy eating is their food-o-logy. It’s very similar to what I’d usually meal-prep for my weekdays lunch, but theirs are another level up with more components and proper plating, which I truly adore. These meals are light for our digestive system, feed our body with essential macros and makes you feel...

5 Stars!

We had a wonderful experience at February 18 Cafe! The food here is not only delicious but also healthy, crafted with care and quality ingredients.

The highlight of my visit was meeting the friendly and welcoming owner, Madam Chang.

She kindly offered us her specialty organic tempeh, which I didn’t expect to enjoy much—but to my surprise, it was absolutely delicious! It completely changed my perception of tempeh, and I highly recommend trying it.

A lovely cafe with great food and a warm atmosphere. I’ll...

Such a hidden gem in residence area. A cosy vegetarian cafe for small gathering. Great service and friendly staff. They even reminded customer on parking due to night bazaar happening soon to ensure traffic unblocked. Food menu in limited choices. Ordered weekly rice set (braised stuff rice), raw tempeh and pumpkin noodles. Coffee choice only 2, obviously it’s a soymilk cafe. Lol. But the Soymilk coffee is good so was the food. Have a great chat with friends in this small comfortable environment. — Visited 09 November 2019 —
