On 09/05/2021, I placed my order of 2 personal pizzas on 5.16pm and chose the pick up time at the outlet by 5.48pm. However, when I reached the outlet, my order was not ready yet. I was told that it is being made. It's okay as I can wait for awhile. Then there came few more people who came to collect their orders and waiting for their orders to be done as well. However, one of the outlet staffs then chased all the people out who were waiting in the outlet to wait outside the outlet. Okay it's fine perhaps she just didn't want to have too many people to wait in the limited space. But you know what, throughout the waiting period, we noticed the outlet staffs were only making those delivery orders with all the grab drivers and foodpanda drivers collected their orders one after the other. And we noticed some people collected their orders even they ordered only after people who were waiting like us. Orders were not been served according to the sequences. We did ask and chase for the order for few times but again we were being told that the pizza is gonna be ready soon. Eventually, we have waited for 2 hours and finally collected our orders close to 8pm. Well, thought we could have vouchers for compensation for the delays just as what Domino Pizza did for late delivery services, so I asked for vouchers from the staff. Yet the staff just ignored my question and directly walked away! What a "pleasant" experience I had with Pizza Hut Wangsa Maju for the longest time I spent to wait for just 2 personal pizzas! Read moreI’m been here for my bufday celebration wit my family. It’s a surprise bufday cake cutting party by my family members but its not go on as how they planed to do it. Staff seriously no words to describe. No friendly, slow service,late service n 1 Of staff who serve us show rudeness attitude ,when we asked for explanation he behave more worse. At the end We keep asking abt cake cutting scene but they like go in n go out but no1 did bring the cake out as how we requested.We requested staff there to call their manager or supervisor to attend us but no1 appeared.They like listern to us when we talking but atlast behave like nothing they had listerned. I tap the card once, and the cashier said "just now the transaction was okay" well, its your job in the first place to ask me "have the amount been deducted from your account, for confirmation" or "let me check the history first". You should learn how to do a customer service, but also learn how to manage a situation like that.
Fortunately, after i checked for 5th time of tapping the card, i checked my account balance. Rm81.50 x 5 = Rm407.50 was been deducted!!! For 3 pizzas, 2 spagetties? You are crazy is it? What if i didnt check them in the first place? Also, i asked another customer to check their balance, and they were also have the same problem.
