Family wanted to try Ahmad's, but since there's a long line, we went to the KFC next door, that was a mistake as the service was well below par, firstly, after receiving the order, minus the chicken tenders that the server promised to send upstairs, I noticed that one drink was missing halfway up the stairs. On the way back to the counter, I noticed that actually only one of the three drinks on the tray was correct, when asked at the counter, the server casually mentioned that the coke and coke zero was unavailable and they replaced it with Sprite, without informing us (pro-tip, maybe disable the coke option on the self ordering machine to show that its unavailable). I thought of going zero sugar, but ended up with a sugary drink. Secondly, there's a stray cat roaming on the first floor that disturbed us during dinner, my son lured it outside but it came back in. Thirdly, the sauce dispenser was incorrectly labelled. At first, it seems like only the ketchup dispenser is working, so I went to the counter to ask for chilli sauce packets only to be told that the ketchup dispenser is actually dispensing chilli sauce. Haiya so troublesome to walk up and down, up and down. Next, two of the meals is supposed to come with BBQ sauce, but it was not given, this time I asked my son to go down to the counter again to get it. Letih already. Lastly, the garbage disposal is so full that after we cleared our table and throw away the garbage, we can't close the lid already. We went to many KFCs in our lifetime but today's visit is down there as among the worst. Please audit or visit to improve the service or we'll just queue up at Ahmad's no matter how long...

The queue inside was very long and when i went to the 1st floor lobby there we full of left over food and drinks on the table...no staff was cleaning it. When we order Spicy chicken the manager said the delivery was late and they have no time to marinate the chicken... It come to my attention if this always happen during raya time....and what are all the KFC management doing all this time... However the service is fast and the manager was doing her best to take all the customer order and i heard she instruct the kitchen staff to cooked more chicken... My question is what are all the top mgmt doing to help the restaurant team to anticapte this this from happening.... I like KFC because of it tender chicken so...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI purchased a KFC voucher on Lazada in June 2019. Today (30 Sep 2019), the last day before the voucher expired, I made the order via KFC on-line using that voucher. It went through the system and I received the email confirmation from KFC. When I went there (KFC Setiawangsa), to collect the item, the supervisor told me they didn't receive the order and declined to provide me. I showed him the email confirmation from KFC, but he simply persistent not to entertain me any further. He even didn't bother to look the email in details. The email specifically stated the location and time of collection, at 7.45 pm and I was there on time. But, he seems not interested to assist and trying to get rid of me from there, ASAP. So, I left.. with...
