Only 1 person allowed to go place the orders at the counter. Staff@cashier at the counter are friendly and attentive, patiently explaining the menu to customers. I already have what to orders in mind so all was done in under 10minutes. Note, do tell the cashier if you want Beef as protien, otherwise they assumed its Chicken. This especially if you order the loaded nanchos or fries orders. You'll be given a buzzer that rang when your orders are ready for pick-up. Ample seating available upstairs. Observed 3 staff stationed during my visit and table clearing and turnover was done promptly. Orders were ready approximately 15 minutes and went down to collect. Here's the downside, if you've ordered different type of softdrink, ie pepsi or sarsi, there's no indication, try your luck guessing ššš. 7UP is easily recognized so no issue. Also double checked your order if its more then 5 or if you have special requests. Got some of my orders left out š¤·š»š¤·š»š¤·š». Kudos to the staff for their prompt recovery. They quickly prepared it without hesitation. ššš . We were told by the front door staff that we only have to take away only. We oblige. Then as we arrived at the counter to order our meal, the staff at the counter asked to dine or takeaway. For the second time getting the same question.
We ask if its possible to dine in, and she allowed it. After payment made, we were instructed by the staff from front door to wait outside. It was quite rude. But we wouldnt mind. Later when our meal were ready to dine in, we were not allowed to enter. We were so confused. "Ambil dekat luar." Didnt even bother to show us the way. Simply show with finger. As arrived at the pick up counter, the counter girl was confused and said its for dine in. We were confused.
Then we had to go back to main door and take our meal. We were stopped. Again. The male staff instructed us take away only.
"Tak boleh dine in. Take away je." Rudely plain. He didnt even bother to cross check with the girl at the counter at the first place. I had to get clarification from other staff on my own? Only then he believed what i said. He treated us like a kid? We were confused?
General rule of customer servicing is always solve the problem by clarifying the main problem. And the problem here is rudeness and also theres no clear communication between staffs in the system...
