KFC — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Really regretted not checking reviews for this KFC outlet first as hunger got to me.

Must hv been the worst KFC outlet in the entire history of Malaysia. Management really should pay attention before business declines.

Considering I'm now sitting here still waiting for my food, though I should provide my 2cent review. As mentioned by others, sauces at 2nd floor is totally out. Staff doesn't bother refilling it. Please ask for sauce at counter "by default" with reason sauces are not available upstairs. Whipped potato were non existence. Non existence in the since it's all gravy but no potato! 😅 Noticed other customers complain as well so it not isolated incident. Environment upstairs is slightly creepy with low lighting, perhaps it's intention by management to set the mood. But then Valentine's day or Halloween wasn't around the corner. Staff looked demotivated. Perhaps management not...

Staff here are very rude and lazy. I saw the restaurant is quite empty and an elderly went to counter wanted to place order, the staff just told her to use the machine. She was looking at the machine but not sure how to use, no staff even take initiative to help.

Service is very slow and they seems don't bother, the food the provided is quite bad, the cheesy wedges served was nearly without sauce and all super small bites of wedges that looks like left over. The satay burger was cold and hard when served.

Do you check your order before you leave as they did pack wrong order and they refused to rectify it.

We now go to the KFC in TBS, those staff in TBS are so much better...

Why is this outlet still in operation? It should have been closed down by now with the service being so bad, words just cannot describe it.

Twice now in the past two weeks my family members ordered via online /app.. both instances the order got ignored and end up waiting for more than an hour for nothing. Today was the last straw.

If this outlet no longer wish to provide service, might as well shut it down. Or maybe KFC no longer care about service.

For everyone who read this.. please do yourself a favor BY NOT GOING TO THIS OUTLET. Seriously.. I have never seen such a terrible fast food joint..
