I recently visited Mixue menjalara on 23 Oct 2023 around 7.50pm and had a rather unpleasant experience due to the behavior of one of their employees. The level of rudeness I witnessed from one worker, in particular, was unacceptable.
The employee I'm referring to was a larger sized woman. During my visit, she used inappropriate language loudly, including profanities such as “sohai” , “MD”, in the presence of customers. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere in the shop.
Moreover, her communication with other staff members was also concerning. She spoke to a female worker in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, even when instructing them on tasks. It was evident that she did not care about the impact of her words on the shop's overall environment.
Such behavior can negatively affect the reputation of Mixue, I hope the management can address this issue and ensure that all employees maintain a professional and friendly demeanor...

When collected my orders, orders were wrong. O Crispy Sundaes given were 2 without crumbs & 1with crumbs.When collected my orders, I told 1 of the staff that I ordered 2 O Crispy Sundae with crumbs & 1 without crumbs. The staff talked back to me & said that I ordered 2 O Crispy Sundae without crumbs & 1 with crumbs. What kind of service is this?????? Read moreAbsolutely disappointed with the service at Mixue Manjalara. Not even a simple “thank you” after placing my order — basic manners are completely missing. The staff was just glued to his phone, totally ignoring customers and clearly not interested in doing his job.
This is unacceptable. In such a competitive industry, you can’t afford to have lazy, unprofessional staff who don’t care about customers. No wonder the store is empty even during peak hours in a high-traffic area.
I seriously hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and does something about the staff and service quality — before more customers stop...
