Paid for 105 room on 10th August, heater for shower is not functioning. Checked with counter and the guy changed 103 room for us. Very bad smell and the toilet was so dirty where the sinking and toilet bowl were too filthy. Seems like no one stays in 103 room for long time and room service didn't clean the room frequently. Checked the heater and its functioning well only at that night. Next morning 11th August, heater is not functioning again. Feel disappointed and check out immediately.
