This has been opened since September 1999 Just when my health was at lowest ebb. People teased me calling me names like chopsticks, bamboo sticks ,(tekkoh) in Hokkien, Kampong chicken,( saumangkai June Kali Kai), Mr Pojilam, the Chinsese physio now opposite Selayang Mall, he toldteased me, I was a qualified drug addict, and in no time I would walk like a (kiongsi) walking dead. All these hurt deeply. But these word turn out to be a Blessing in disguise. Hence I started exercising at this park. Many visitors here told me of their experiences more or less similar to me. I had a good start .I bought sports attire, running shoes , then looked at the mirror, wow! Smart strong n handsome! Smiling at myself, that's enough motivation. When I was exercising there , I met friends. My life had changed tremendously, so is my health. Simultaneously the had been upgraded gradually and more is on the way. Now at 2021 (22 yrs) latter, I am 69 yrs old young man. Still carry on, no give up. Of course my performance curve is noticeable, (walk, jog, run then run, jog, walk, finally craw,.....) That is facts of life!) Life is short, play hard, eat smart. Work hard n smart , so we won't die so fast, no die hard !. Oh how I wish you all enjoy life n exercise! Thank you everybody. Please share your experiences here. Thank you. (Very long winded, Chong hei Kung, kokokokoo, chicken rooster Wong at Manjalra Park, remember who this guy is?...

As soon as we entered, we were amazed — the whole park was beautifully decorated with LED lights, creating a magical atmosphere! There were various themed photo spots, including a dinosaur world and a space adventure zone — perfect for photo ops with the family.
It’s a great place to take the kids for an evening stroll after dinner. If you get tired, there’s even a small stall inside selling drinks where you can rest and refresh. Overall, it’s a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy some family...

There is 2 short uphill courses within the park for those who wants to push heartbeats and train knee strength.
There is a big children playground and some exercise equipment though some are worn out or broken.
There is a lake but it does smell bad sometimes. Hopefully the municipal will pay attention to maintaining it or make it better.
Plenty of car parks available nearby (small number available inside the park), while a good selection of restaurants just...
