Why staff are careless ?? I sip into my mouth and found this ?? What if it straight away hurting inside my mouth? You staff want to be responsible ? Luckly I'm aware that there something long get into my mouth. Please be more careful during work and don't let this thing happen to other customer. I definitely will not order or even come to this branch again and please refer my money due to your own staff fault. Thanks

This outlet is terrible. Ordered drink at 9:30pm for pickup, store closing time as per the app was 11pm. Reached there at 10:05pm and the store refused to serve and said the store is closed. I showed them the pick-up time as per the app but they blatantly refused. Complained on whatsapp and got a refund in 3 days. 2nd time visited and asked for 3Q jelly in 2 drinks, came home and one was without pearls. Complained again and the manager had the audacity to tell me that I was informed about the unavailability. Nobody informed me. Nobody told me anything. Offered me a free drink but didn't accept it because this outlet doesn't deserve your hard earned money. No wonder this outlet such...

I went here was tired back from work to buy a drink, this one guy (staff) was very rude to me. I ask him about the new menu politely then he rudely ask me to see the screen above. I was like, why cant u treat ur customer politely? then after that i randomly pick a drink cause i was so shocked to be treated like that n I dont even get the new menu that I want cause his instruction was very UNCLEAR and very RUDE. Use to order for pick-up, but experienced terrible attitude last night. When i walk in to the shop, there are two staff at the pickup counter. I showed them my collection number and said that I'm come for pickup. One of the staffs is not respond to me while another one, the girl who stand beside him yelling at me "WAIT! WAIT! CAN U WAIT?"

Me just like 😧😧😧 I just ask once, in proper manner. There wasn't during peak hour, not much people awaiting. The previous staffs were okay with good attitude, besides these two....
