This issue not only hinders the customer experience but also undermines the value of the loyalty program.

ZUS Coffee OUG Parklane has never disappointed me. Not even once. I’ve been to many different ZUS branches and honestly, some are hit or miss. Sometimes the drinks are too diluted or just not as good. But this branch is always consistent. Always delicious. Especially their Buttercreme Latte. It’s honestly the best one I’ve ever had from any ZUS outlet. I love buying Buttercreme Latte from this branch and keeping it in the fridge overnight. The next morning, I just grab it before work, let it sit for a bit, and drink it once it’s slightly melted. So good I swear! Highly recommend this branch if you want your drinks done right every...

I'm not dine-in, but ordered via grab apps. Unfortunately I got incorrect order. I've ordered the Mocha Frappuccino with extra shot Bold and I received the Ice Latte. This is my first time order with Zus but get bad experience. Yes this is a small issue but I'm as a customer not happy can't enjoy my favourite coffee Mocha Frappuccino. I'm always bought from your competitor coffee outlet, but for the first order I got incorrect item. So disappointed. This is not about money, because I got refund from Grab.
