I am writing to share some disappointing experiences I’ve had at your OUG Parklane outlet. While I truly enjoy the quality of Subway’s food, the service at this particular location has consistently been below expectations, and I believe it’s important to bring this to your attention.
On multiple visits:
I witnessed a foreign staff member being scolded openly in front of customers, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
The cashier failed to offer basic courtesy, such as asking whether I would like to dine in or take away.
Most recently, I walked out without placing an order because the staff did not acknowledge my presence or offer any explanation for the wait. It felt as though I was inconveniencing them rather than being a valued customer.
On that occasion, the Malay gentleman at the counter displayed an attitude that came across as arrogant and dismissive. He would certainly benefit from training in customer service and communication skills.
The only redeeming factor is that the food remains consistently good. However, poor service can severely affect customer loyalty, and I hope this feedback helps in addressing the issue...

Read moreI usually come to this Subway branch regularly because it's close to my home. However, I've had a consistently uncomfortable experience with one of the staff members. He often passes my order to his colleague instead of attending to me directly, and his body language when I enter the store feels unwelcoming, as if he doesn't want me there.
What bothered me most was that after I paid and politely said "thank you," he mimicked my voice in a way that felt mocking and disrespectful. This kind of behavior is disappointing, especially from someone working in customer service.
