waited for almost 8mins to order in front of the counter got 3 staff busy handling the current order the staff finally come to take my order want to order matcha ice cream mixed in cup but the staff said they don’t sell it in cup only in cone but I said I once buy it in cup (during that time the staff itself that asked me if I want in cup or cone) so I decided to get the same as I got before. I ask him they can’t make it in cup? he said no they need to follow the sop only in cone. so I ended up went out from the shop with empty hand and wasting for like 10mins+ only to get nothing. SO I GOT QUESTION DOES MIXUE SOP ALSO STAFF NEED TO SETTLE ALL CURRENT ORDER AND LET THE CUSTOMER WAIT UNTIL THEY DONE THEN ONLY CAN CONTINUE TAKING ORDER FROM THE CUSTOMER AT THE COUNTER???????? SO IN THIS CASE THE THINGS THAT I WANT IS NOT AVAILABLE SO I ENDED UP JUST WASTING MY TIME?????? AT LEAST TAKE THE ORDER FIRST THEN CONTINUE DO THE CURRENT ORDER LA SO THAT AT LEAST IF THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPEN THE MENU THAT THE CUSTOMER WANT TO ORDER NOT AVAILABLE THEY’RE NOT WASTING THEIR...

Mixue Ice Cream priced at RM1.99 But this branch ask to pay RM 2.00 The cashier ask for 1 cent more even I already pay for RM1.99

Pay RM 2.00 . But at the receipt RM1.99 hahaha

Buy at another branch , pay RM 1.99 , no problem . They never ask to pay RM2.00

Imagine 500 customer , pay 1 cent more than original price . The cashier must received side...
