I prefer not to give any star at all. 1st, service was too slow. 2nd, low food quality. 3rd, staff attitude.
I came with family. Only two couples of customers were there. No other. I saw only two lady staff (manager & waiter) were there. And a male friend of the manager. After about 10 mins we sat, only then the staff gave me a piece of paper to scan barcode to order. While ordering, I needed them to ask about menu, but they weren’t around.
Then a few families came in but were told that order took about 1 hour. Then they left the restaurant.
The lady manager also talk very loud about her personal issue with the male friend, as if whole reastaurant can hear it. I can’t think other than bad work attitude. It’s not street stall food by the way.
After waiting for a long time, they sent my order one by one, mostly without tray. They hold the plate with bare hand. Nail almost touch the food. OMG. Some of dishes they sent with tray. Pizza came in almost cold already. Spageti was quite dry & hard. Mushroom soup is watery.
They said they lack of staff. They need to close early. Was that customer’s fault? Then hire more competent staff.
It’s very dissapointed. Waste my money. I only read Google review after I heard the lady manager talk very loud.
Then, every comment/reviews from past year still no improvement as I myself experience every complain.
No wonder the restaurant was almost empty the moment I came in.

After I seated myself, my wife walked to the kitchen to check. One person came and handed the QR code to order. No follow up nothing. Jsut disappeared after handing over the code. We scanned and order. We needed clarification but no one around to ask. Around us tables were not wiped, other tables were loaded wt dishes that no one collected Only one person which is rhe restaurant manager was working while the cook was in the kitchen. The person was the one taking order, making the pizza. Packing the pizza and dealing wt grab. I didn't know to feel angry or sorry for her. My kid was hungry and the meal came late. Most of the food was unavailable Worse still everything tastes horrible. Wrong orders were given. There was an old Chinese couple in front of me who didn't know how to use QR code. But despite them asking they were just given a cold shoulder. I think its purely a staffing issue . I would have gotten better customer service at a mamak shop. Horrible horrible horrible. Read moreThere was only 1 female staff serving guest (6 Sep, around 11:30-2pm), she didn’t wear any face mask, frown face, and keep cough without covering her mouth. She gave only 3 sets of cutlery but we had 4 person, so we asked for one more, she just frown her eyebrows towards us and not saying anything nor even nodding her head, just like we were annoying her? Then she continue to cough without covering even we were sitting on the table right infront of her, is this the correct practice after pandemic and especially in a dining place? Then we realized she actually reluctant to answer any guest’s questions or query, I not sure if she might have a bad mood, but I think working in a restaurant where you need to serve ppl, your appearance and attitude are as important as your quality of food, the atmosphere made us feel stress eating inside, and I saw other guests also scared of calling her for help.
