Wanted to have a suprise birthday celebration for my pregnant friend but they ruined it. We showed them for whom the cake is and told them the cue to bring the cake to my pregnant friend is when my other friends bring the balloon inside the shop (mind you we bought a whole cake not slice cake). But they brought the cake earlier and even worse asked the birthday girl whose cake was that.
Not just that, after I explained to them the situation, they asked me to bring the cake myself instead than apologising. Tak say sorry pun no nothing. Better tak yah kerja kedai cake if a simple instruction pun you cannot follow.
P/s the shop was not crowded at all. Diorg tk busy pun. Kalut nk tutup kedai awal padahal we came in at 8.30pm. Kira okay lah they close at 10.

Your service Teach your staffs communication skills and how to work together. Stop blaming each other, instead communicate. Especially when you receive a special request from your customers inform the other team. Bukan buat senyap. Learn to apologise. We pay for your service siap ada service tax lagi tapi service kelaut.
