A Disappointing Experience at Tealive BHPetrol Taman Ibu Kota

I was really looking forward to a refreshing drink when I stopped by Tealive BHPetrol Taman Ibu Kota. I ordered the Sparkling Honey Lemon with Aloe Vera, grabbed my drink, and drove off. But after a few sips, I noticed something was off—there was no Aloe Vera in it.

Feeling disappointed (and honestly, a little pissed off), I made a U-turn and headed all the way back to the shop. When I explained the situation, the staff didn’t bother to make a new drink. They just scooped some Aloe Vera into my half-empty cup. Sure, it was better than nothing, but the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth—not from the drink, but from the experience.

The biggest issue was the carelessness. A simple mistake ended up wasting my time and energy, and there was no real apology or effort to make it right.

The store is inside the gas station. If you want to hang out in this place, you might not like it due to no chair available neither a table. Hence, dine in seems not available here.
