Secret Recipe Idaman, KL — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

At first the service was okay until my food was served😢. At the first glance, my first thought was.. this rice shouldn't be served. The rice is so dried, I thought it's only the surface. but when i touched it using spoon, the middle was also dried. like the rice was already been in room temperature for hours or myb days. The rice portion was also looked smaller. I don't mind if they serve me kerak nasi kalau luaran je. ni sampai tengah2 also kerak. nasi kering. hmm I'm beyond disappointed with my main dish. I'm too hungry to wait and argue. Oh also there is one tomatoes that lembik already.. I didn't really bother about it before. until i touched the rice.No luck for me today l. First time experience this with secret recipe😢🙃. Despite all of this, if you wanna come here, you're welcome. there are a lot of seats.. hahaha but you know laa medan idaman. will have some struggles to find...

Last time i came, i saw some dished look delicious but not when it taste. Then some staff at cake counter very look unfriendly, always in bad mood, and rudely to customers.. So far i ready the review for other customers here, many say same thing. So, kalau you guys, go there. You will notice the person who mention here. Not recommended if you saw someone like this take your order.. Feel like give order to gangster. SECRET RECIPE PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON THIS, WE ARE FED UP being on this problem, and will boikot if the problem not solve. Also this for tu take care of your good name company. I came in with my husband to bought food for our dinner , and then i order 2 slice cake one is choc banana and one more is choc fudge.. ur staff just say that choc fudge slice cake finish but the cake was there at the cake place .. ur staff is showing the face only until i finish my order and payment.. very damn arrogant ur both staff in the scarf.. verry2 dispointment with ur staff attitude..?? u need to teach ur staff how to treat people with some manners and i think this is the damn worst outlet in klang valley because everyone who buy the food at here is not foreign but local people.....
