This is one of the best McDonald's, scratch that! This is the best McDonald's we've ever been to in more than 3 decades. They've always been so friendly and they go the extra mile to provide you with the best service. We went there with the kids recently and was met with an employee named Siti Fairuz who was a delight. She ensured we were greeted with a smile and spoke eloquently in English. She was polite and friendly, she arranged baby seats for our kids and delivered the food, checked with us if we needed anything else to be comfortable. She went above and beyond so we struck a conversation with her and she explained she always prioritised service excellence and customer satisfaction. Slow, while I was queueing to order, just my line orders' were wrong about 4 times, not including mine. The other line is only two. There's a time, about a month or so where they don't give me creamer, blackpepper, and salt for free. The female toilet smells like period due to lack of ventilation and airflow. The food's good but that's just because it's MacDonald's. However, the menu on top of the head was not updated when I was there and the hidden service charge is still hidden in the receipts so whenever I eat there, there's always a time I was scared for not knowing the full price. Calling for supervisor to check how they rule out the SOP for calling the order numbers. It seems like they want the system looks good by touching the numbers on screen as if they already sent out orders. Then we wait with the screen showing no numbers, they will call manually. While my number called on the screem earlier, I ask them where's my order, they said not ready yet. But why you cheat us all? Not good employees here, nor the manager.
