Pustaka KL @ Medan Idaman — Attraction in Kuala Lumpur

Facilities all okay, but timing is soo bad. Open at 10, but need to get out like 12.30 although in the schedule said break is at 1pm, as they need to close for lunch. The library will open again at 2 something. Luckily, I stay nearby, but it doesnt make sense if someone has nowhere to go, cos nobody would expect a LIBRARY to DISPERSE EVERYONE to GET OUT, because the library staff need to LUNCH. why dont you have shift worker or something. So basically they open only 2 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the evening. For people who need to focus to do the ir study or work here and need longer hours, dont come to this library. There isnothing much here other than good ambience (sometimes noisy too if there are lot of people), wifi, aircond.

To people who managed this library, please fix the timing as its VERY RARE to hear this kind...

Well I'm a daily user of this library there are many things need to improve its sucks 1st the library doesn't have a vending machine and they didint even allow us to chew gum or even eat normal candy liked what?is it harm you? 2nd the security guard really need to replace very rude and her job is just close² and having chit chat outside...3rd its close on 5 pm which is worse and Monday close? Why don't you guys make it 1 or 2 hours? Then no people will enter.....you guys should open on 8 and close on 10pm or 9pm so inconvenient for everyone......4th some parents bring their child and let them play at the kids side but some of them really noise....it's a understandable situation but the parents need to take care of them...

However other is great just some of it need to improve and it will be...

The library is comfortable. Restroom and prayer room are available and they are very clean and well-maintained. There are not many books but I found some interesting books and new books there. There is also a section for children. Wifi is free and the speed is average. Membership is also free. There is also a room that can fit around 30 people but maybe you have to book the room if you want to use it, I'm not sure about that. You can't bring your bag into the library, so you have to put it in a locker there with a charge of 50 cents. There are also plenty of parking spaces just beside...
