While the food itself was decent, the service was absolutely unacceptable and ruined the experience.
As shown in the attached photos, a sudden swarm of termites appeared halfway through our meal. We were seated outside, and despite the increasingly obvious infestation, the staff continued to bring out dishes: specifically our pasta and a grilled mushroom side, without hesitation or concern.
We couldn’t eat the mushrooms at all; termites were visibly landing and crawling on the plate. We brought this to the attention of the server, but the response was indifferent at best. I asked, twice, if there was any option to move inside. The answer? A flat “No, the table is reserved”delivered with a complete lack of empathy, as if we were inconveniencing them by asking not to eat with bugs all over our food.
Only after we pushed again and asked if we could sit upstairs (where we had seen more seating, though it appeared closed) did they finally move us to the "reserved" table inside. Clearly, the option was there all along, but we had to practically beg for it. Even when we left the reservation party was nowhere to be seen.
To top it off, we were still charged for the dish we couldn’t eat. While I understand that a termite swarm may be out of the restaurant's control, the way the staff handled the situation was inexcusable. Leaving customers to swat away insects while trying to eat, showing no initiative to relocate us, and charging full price for a ruined dish reflects extremely poor service and a complete disregard for guest comfort.
We won’t be returning.

Service : We were sitted downstairs, the aircond is there but doesnt feel it much. It’s at night and still very hot. We request to sit upstairs but the waiter said upstaors closed only can go up for bathroom. But the aircond was on upstairs and they said it’s “broken” with aircond leaking water hence we couldnt sit updstairs. By 9:15 the waiters are all rushing us to take our plates to clean up, and we keep on saying we are not finish yet. Restaurant closed at 10, if you don’t want people to dine till 10 maybe can just say close at 9:30pm. We felt very rush and so uncofortable. When ordering food, the waiter just assume we want the type of rubs, didn’t bother to ask/explain. Even the sides was picked for us and again didnt bother to ask.
Food : The food in general can be eaten but only starters. and for the price we paid we expected more. Steaks : Request for medium well/ medium but most of us got veruge of rare/ medium rare. Chef definetly not a steak cook. Taste : Meat is good but everythinf else was soooo salty!!! Sauce : Cafe de paris so salty, bearnaise sauce was salty and weird taste, mushroom sauce was so watery and feels like instant sauce in a can. The lamb ribs was said to be marinated with bbq sauce but it was truly a kicap manis. the sauce was sooo sweet it was drenched with kicap instead of bbq sauce. Only good thing was the Honey siracha wings & Cauliflower cheese.

What a darn shame. I would suggest you buy your meat and have the option to cook prepare it yourself at home, otherwise you will be seriously disappointed and destroy a perfectly good expensive Prime cut of beef. I hate writing a bad review and honestly it was just the lack of interest from the kitchen that made me decide to write this. It was clear from observing the kitchen staff they had no interest or passion in cooking, they just wanted to get back on their mobiles. I think the waiting staff appeared to be embarrassed at their behaviour, and more so when dishes went back because they were still FROZEN! It's a shame because this place has so much potential, but the food is terrible, the quality of the meats is excellent and it takes effort to destroy a 200 rm cut of wagyu which was done successfully by not even seasoning it....I like my meat medium what I got was so well done I could use it to replace the leather on my shoe.
