Food was okay (not great). The worse and disturbing factor was the hygiene factor. One of the waiter guy wasn't wearing mask and he LITERALLY was digging his nose and touching his face WITHOUT wearing a MASK!!! The worse part was he served us the dishes. Another disturbing thing was the rice was kept in a tray on a table without covering. That's the rice they serve to customers. The waiter did not sanitise or wore a mask. How unthoughtful and disgusting especially during this COVID era. Staffs aren't friendly at all too. Ordered sweet and sour chicken, the chicken was slimy and full of fat. Reservation system unfair, book earlier got table, book later they won't reserve table for you, but only reserve queue for you if you walk in which is meaningless and giving fake hope to customer. Staff unfriendly and won't care about you. They don't even apologize and guide you to wait for which table. Bad attitude and bad service. If you can't afford to take up so much reservation, please tell customer frankly that it is fully booked, there is no such thing "I reserve for you if there is empty table during your walk in" to confuse the customer....

Tried to book a table for 11 but was told that they do not take booking. However, when we arrived the following days I noted two tables were pre-booked. The lame reason they gave was that the pre-booking tables ordered the pre-set menu. Why was I not told then? They tried to offer me a table for 8 and they tried to squeeze in for 11!
