I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store at zus pavillion bukit jalil,involving a staff member named DEANNA.
yesterday,I visited your outlet to collect my drink and Buddy Box,When I approached the counter and politely asked for my drink, Deanna served me with an unfriendly attitude and appeared visibly irritated. Despite my polite approach, her manner was cold and unwelcoming.
After collecting my order, I took only a few steps away from the counter and I politely returned to ask if it could be exchanged, as the box was still in perfect condition. Deanna immediately responded that it could not be changed,However, another staff member nearby said that it could be exchanged. This contradiction was confusing and frustrating.
The following morning, I buy coffee from yr app and want to collect my drink,DEANNA was at the counter and, quite unexpectedly, accused me of having opened the previous box before the exchange. This was not true, as she herself had inspected the box before giving me a new one. Her tone was very rude and confrontational. When I told her I would be filing a complaint about her behavior, she raised her voice and said, “If you want to complain, go ahead!” — which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
I believe every customer deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. This experience was disappointing and upsetting, and I hope it does not reflect your company’s standard of service.
I kindly request that this matter be looked into and addressed appropriately. I would appreciate a response confirming that action will be taken to ensure similar situations are avoided...
