I hope the management of your company can seriously look at every feedback given by customers, especially mine. Why can't you train out high-quality employees? Do your employees not know how to be polite or treat customers with a smile? This has led to many negative reviews. Also, I’m honestly to tell you that your rice at the presentation meal is not tasty, especially the chili sauce which is too ordinary and lacks fragrance. The drinks have too much sugar, which is terrifying. Even unsweetened drinks are still very sweet. I can't imagine how much sugar other customers are consuming. Another serious issue is that I saw your employees taking banana leaf from a transparent bag without cleaning it. Is it hygienic to serve it to customers like that? It's totally dirty! If you are opening so many stores, shouldn't you manage them properly? I suggest you not to open too...

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Bungkus Kaw Kaw. I ordered nasi lemak packets for takeaway via Grab, and the moment I opened them, there was a strong, horrible smell — the food was clearly spoilt.

This raises serious concerns: How many days old was this food? How can a food outlet serve something so clearly unfit for consumption?

I immediately contacted Grab and requested that the food be picked up and returned to the restaurant so they could see for themselves the state of what they had provided. This is completely unacceptable.

The quality at this chain has been dropping day by day, and this experience has completely turned me off from ever ordering again. I sincerely hope the management takes this seriously and improves their food handling and quality control — before someone ends up with...

Well, this is probably the last time I will ever visit this outlet. The Cham Kaw Kaw tasted awful. But hey, that’s just one thing. Let’s talk about the stellar service. I went up to the counter where four staff were clearly too busy doing… absolutely nothing… to even acknowledge me. I kept saying “hello, hello, hello,” like a broken record, until finally one of them decided to show up, looking at me like I owed him RM10000. Not a single word, no greeting, no smile, just blank stares waiting for me to speak first. And when my order was ready? They just plopped my drinks on the counter in silence. No “thank you,” no “here you go,” nothing. Honestly, my experience at KL Gateway Mall was a thousand...

More plastic is used here than most. Many would disagree. Looking at the plastic items used, it looked like the management has been trying to reduce plastic consumption. In this case, the use of plastic is fine with me as long as it seemed to be able to bring down the cost of food and drinks. Just enjoy the food and drinks and leave the recycling part to the expert. Iced coffee was good enough but too sweet even with 50% sugar. Toast with coconut jam and butter (it's non dairy actually) was packed in paper bag. There was too much of bread with the spread provided, slightly above average. The Nyonya Kuihs were quite good but priced a little on the high side. Overall, acceptable option.

As a photographer who loves to drink juice, I visited Bungkus which is a chain version juice shop that sells juice in plastic bag. You can also get this at your local mamak. They have a variety juice, coffee and tea. Plus snacks for sale. They are pretty much in every shopping mall and I’m confident none of the juice is fresh squeezed. Prices are similar to mamak but I think the branding and overall service is better. If you are thirsty and want to drink out of plastic that will probably end up in the ocean and kill dolphins please do support this business. If you have any questions feel free to reach out @ninjaxfang Hope my honest review helps and enjoy the photos with the pricing.

If you wanna really enjoy your local kaw kaw coffee you can get it at some other places instead of Pavilion BJ’s. It’s crowded, nicely waited for 30 minutes just for a coffee with less ice, comes with almost full. When asked to redo with less ice, worker gives you faces n gives you this much instead of one full cup. At other places you will not have such experience. ‘Ve went to so many bungkus kaw kaw, this one is the worst. Asked for half sugar n yup… definitely given with full sugar on the redo cup. This branch is ruining the good reputation of first timers tat are trying it in Pavilion BJ.
