I hope the management of your company can seriously look at every feedback given by customers, especially mine. Why can't you train out high-quality employees? Do your employees not know how to be polite or treat customers with a smile? This has led to many negative reviews. Also, I’m honestly to tell you that your rice at the presentation meal is not tasty, especially the chili sauce which is too ordinary and lacks fragrance. The drinks have too much sugar, which is terrifying. Even unsweetened drinks are still very sweet. I can't imagine how much sugar other customers are consuming. Another serious issue is that I saw your employees taking banana leaf from a transparent bag without cleaning it. Is it hygienic to serve it to customers like that? It's totally dirty! I went up to the counter where four staff were clearly too busy doing… absolutely nothing… to even acknowledge me. I kept saying “hello, hello, hello,” like a broken record, until finally one of them decided to show up, looking at me like I owed him RM10000. Not a single word, no greeting, no smile, just blank stares waiting for me to speak first. And when my order was ready? They just plopped my drinks on the counter in silence. No “thank you,” no “here you go,” nothing. Honestly, my experience at KL Gateway Mall was a thousand...
