I ordered genmaicha latte less ice and it was the worst zus drink I’ve ever had. I don’t know how your barista made the drink. The drink was very diluted, like the ice has melted although it was freshly served. I used to order genmaicha at other outlets, it was very good. YOU GAVE ME A STOMACHACHE. please improve your customer’s waiting time. every time i come, my single drink would take 20 mins++… add more staff or something to cope with the orders. you tell customers to only order through apps but printing the orders pun lambat. you also accept orders over the counter to those who couldn’t use the apps, which is fine. however, it doesn’t make any sense to me when they could get their orders first. please pay more attention and organize...
