They now offering a delightful dinner option, featuring a delectable curry, this place has truly expanded its culinary offerings. The curry is a perfect balance - thick without being overly oily or creamy, boasting a fragrant blend of spices. The crispy fish fillet served alongside it is a match made in culinary heaven.
For early risers, their 6:30 am opening time is a boon. The undeniable freshness of their fish is a highlight, although it's important to note that they exclusively offer fried fish fillet, lacking non-fried alternatives. While this might be a minor letdown, the decision to fry the fish ensures that its freshness persists throughout the day. The thinly sliced fish fillet is expertly seasoned and exquisitely crispy, providing a delicate yet flavorful coating.
The soup is a masterclass in balance, with a taste that's neither overpowering nor lacking in flavor. I'm already looking forward to returning for their mee hun fish soup. Priced at RM10, it's arguably the best value for money you'll find in Labuan, offering top-notch quality at an unbeatable price.
This shop's location by the sea bay next to the port adds an incredible ambiance to the dining experience. The gentle sea breeze and the soothing sounds of the sea waves create a truly immersive and...

My first breakfast in Labuan didnât turn out as expected. Arrived at the restaurant around 9 AM, only to be greeted by a waitress who seemed more interested in her Mobile Legends game than serving customers.
Ordered a bowl of noodles with fried fish, but the experience was underwhelming. The fish was neither fresh nor properly prepared, with bones still in it and only three and a half small pieces. The so-called âfriedâ fish lacked crispiness, clearly having been fried much earlier and left sitting.
The noodles were disappointingânot fresh, with a cheap, springy texture that reminded me of street bakso noodles. Worse, they still retained the shape of the bowl, a clear sign they were kept in the bowl readily for a quite some time. The tomyam broth was pale, oily, and lacking depthâjust sour with a hint of tomyam flavor and too much MSG.
To top it off, the restaurantâs hygiene was questionable. The floor was so dirty that my footsteps left prints as I walked. For a bowl of mediocre noodles and a glass of coffee, the bill came to RM 18.50âfar from worth it.
A truly disappointing start to my food...

You can either eat with mee kolo or Beehun or mee or koay teow . The mee kolo texture here are different than the one in Sarawak. It is thicker & a bit rough but it is tasty. The fish fillet is so fresh you can feel the sweetness of fish. You must eat with the local homemade chili sauce which gives the kick ! The best part is they garnishes the mee kolo with the fish crust ! Staffs were attentive & friendly . Fast service. Price wise were told they are the cheapest on the island. Each bowl cost around RM 15 Had their famous egg tart too ; yes it is an old school kinda tart ! A must try! Highly...
