Cafe Sampan — Restaurant in Langkawi Island

Quite an unpleasant experience this afternoon. Even after 30mins on ordering the food was not served. Upon enquiry they realized that the KOT was missed for which they offered to serve the dish within five minutes and also give a discount. As I was hungry, I agreed. After about 10mins the dish was served. As I started eating I realized that the chicken was dead cold and not even cooked properly. They have served cold uncooked Chicken / food. How did they pass through the food department certification. Looks like this is family run place and no standards or proficiency. When I complained about cold freezing chicken the manager or some dumb says he can give only 10% discount at max. Has he lost his mind to expect me to eat frozen un cooked food. We were expecting to have a local breakfast like nasi lemak before our ATV ride, but unfortunately only Western food was available around 9 AM.
