Hailam Kopitiam Cheng Melaka — Restaurant in Malacca

Do not ever come to this Kopitiam! If I could give 0 stars for this place, I would.

Food is expensive, taste is bad and waiting time is extremely long despite kopitiam is not busy with very less customers..

Coffee was watery and bland… Easily one of the worst Kopi I have ever drank in my life……. The coffee costed me RM5.50…………

Waited almost 30minutes for my soft boil eggs and when the eggs were served, it was a total disaster! (See photo below) The service staff who served the eggs still had the cheek to smile when serving the eggs!

With this type of very low quality standard while charging such a high price for food & drinks for a “Hainan Kopitiam” I can see why there isn’t much customers at all….

Just avoid this place at all costs and I would never step back to this...

Ordered a chicken wrap, inside there was one slice of tomato, one cucumber, one slice of fake ham, and that’s it. And they FLOOD it with thousand island, confirm make u sick. Isu pertama kedai ini, ada terlalu banyak lalat dlam kedai walaupun kedai bertutup aircond..Order fried mee hailam tetapi sangat kecewa sbb tidak dapat item seperti yg diorder.worst part is ada lalat dlam mee tersebut. Kita terus minta staff panggil manager kedai tetapi mereka kata boleh berurusan dgn supervisor shaja itu pun melalui telefon. Alasan yg diberi oleh supervisor Faizat adalah skrng ada renovation kat belakang kedai sbb itu ada banyak lalat.Jika pelanggan kena food poison mcam mne?lagi2 kalau kanak2? Adakah jawapan yang diberi itu masuk akal? Bolehkah kedai beroperasi semasa buat renovation?Harap pihak KKM dan PKD pantau kedai ini.
