This outlet of secret recipe has all the usual menus as the other franchises. A good variety of cakes are there. The hazelnut cafe latte is really nice and rich in flavor. The service is average. Need to call and wait for them to respond. I guess a little short staffed. However, the payment counter the lady was friendly and did her job with a smile. It can get crowded at times as well. The atmosphere is average and a little too tight with all the chairs and tables packed with very less space in between them. A little internal reorganization will definitely make a difference. I ordered a durian cake (whole cake) via the Grab app.

Unfortunately the cake was damaged.. tilted, cracked, melted cream and there was liquid on the box. The writing on the cake was buttday and not birthday. I think, the damage did not occur during the delivery process because the journey only took 15 minutes.

However, the manager/supervisor's quick action in handling my complaint is highly commendable.. anyway, thank you to Mr. Hafizi for acting quickly.. even though the birthday celebration had to be postponed for more than an hour.. just, hopefully this will not happen again.
