OLDTOWN White Coffee @ Melaka Cheng — Restaurant in Malacca

This was the first visit to this Old Town branch. It has a good ambience and comfortable sitting arrangements with hospitable servers. The place is not very crowded and therefore you do not feel pressured about leaving your place once you have finished your food. No worries about having to order something as you sit there, but still remember not to finish your drink completely until you are done with your assignment. It follows the same pattern of menu and food as its franchise. The quality and taste of the food are good. Good place for a bunch of friends or family to hang around for a chit-chat. For students, a hangout place as the pricing is affordable for gathering. One has to select the items and pay at the counter before they are served. Some might find it inconvenient, but it is not a major issue if you know what you want to order. The WiFi was functional, and that was a great help as I could do some reports and work sitting there with my tea....

I have been to many old town white coffee branch. This is the first time where a customer has to sit down, write down your food order, get up, go to the cashier pay, and sit down. Worst part of all no one tells you that you need to do that. Just imagine sitting down and waiting for the waiter to come and get your order. Lol Invest in qr table ordering system is fast quick and you dont need alot of waiter. Stop thinking about yourself and think about the customer.

Anyway, this will be my last coming here as the owner does not care as many people have...
