KFC — Restaurant in Malacca

I recently visited the KFC branch at Cheng Tesco Melaka, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. I had to wait for a long time just to purchase a regular rice, however, I was given nasi lemak instead. I asked to buy at counter because I just bought a rice and I had to use a machine with a long queue, and the employees seemed confused and unclear when taking customer orders. As a result, the service quality fell short of expectations. As a loyal customer of KFC, I was disappointed by the long wait, the complicated purchase process, and the lack of professionalism from the staff at this location.
