Just come here to claim the last day promo/voucher in the Zus app today, suddenly the application is under maintenance. The baristas also can do nothing for that. Back home with sadness. No luck for me. :'( Sorry for less stars for that even though I am your regular customer. Please make sure this thing won't happen to other customers again.

Quite rude manner from the staff which pretended not to see the customer. What is the functionality of the pick up area by the window for? Waited by the window for my drinks and the plumpy female staff just giving a glance and ignoring...
