I'm not sure if this place is usually this empty, but definitely a better sight than the long queues at Hjh Rahmah or Haji Jalil. Tastewise, the kueh keria here is good. Look-wise, gula melaka-glazed sort of like Krispy Kreme. However the texture is not as soft as it should be, probably the recipe differs between stalls. Best eaten when it is still warm or hot. The glaze only gets watery after nearly 10 hours or so.

This kuih keria is the best. I have tried keria antarabangsa and what I can say is this Keria Hj Daud is the better one. Very light sweet taste and not too mushy in the inside. The spicy popia is also a worth try. Great value for your money

Delicious! The keria is thick and generous with sweet potato. The sugar coating is crunchy but still easy to bite through. They use palm sugar so its not too harsh on those with sensitive teeth. Extremely recommended!!

I’ve always been a fan of Haji Daud’s kuih keria because of it’s generous taste of sweet potato. Been buying his kuih keria since years ago. But i was so disappointed as i bought them today. It’s tasteless, and using lots of flour instead of sweet potatoes. I wonder if they changed the recipe. I’ve been this stall’s loyal customer, and keep coming back because of the taste. I remember it’s original taste because i bought them so many time already. Even recommended to my friends. But now... so disappointed. I bought a lot to bring back to KL. Likes: Delicious local delicacies such as Keria Gula Melaka (glazed donut) right from the stove, freshly made Samosa, sweet and spicy Popia Sira, hot Tau Fu Fah and Ondeh-Ondeh. There is a cute young female staff and very friendly aunty and uncle to serve your cravings.
