Texas Chicken NSK Melaka — Restaurant in Malacca

i have had really amazing experiences at this texas chicken! the staff were absolutely wonderful:

**these events happened around June-September 2022 and were so wholesome i just had to share

the young malay man taking my order totally surprised me and my father by speaking to us in perfect chinese that we didn't notice he was malay until we looked up from the menu after finishing our order! he was super accommodating and gave us excellent customer service.

another occasion was when i was told that fries were temporarily unavailable and i was offered alternatives of potato chips or "crispers" which i had never heard of before because i usually just get fries. the lovely lady at the counter was super sweet and i was shocked that she decided to give me a free sample of the "crispers"! they were delicious and i ended up choosing it as my side.

Nice & tasty Fried Chicken. Not too oily & it comes in a decent-sized portion. Some fast food chains are suffering from 'shrinking food' syndrome. On each of my several visits, the chicken was fresh & hot. It is well known too for its free flow of drinks. That's a big bonus, especially on a hot sunny day!

This NSK outlet is quite new, having opened late last year. This is the 2nd outlet. The first outlet is at Melaka Raya, next to Mahkota Parade.

Nothing much to comment about the interiors; deco is simple. It is clean & cool ... which is more important. It can accommodate a big crowd but it's capacity is much reduced during this RMCO period. Anyway, on this visit, I ordered for takeaway.
