Ridiculous, horrible, lazy staff! The WORST Dubuyo experience ever! Came in already knowing what to order as we frequently go to Dubuyo (not this particular branch). Staff seem to be ignoring us as they were busy chatting, laughing, & on their phone. I just looked to get anyone’s attention but they just seem to ignore us! Got a waitress walking in front of us and she also ignored us or did not acknowledge our presence at all! Until I had to call her TWICE loudly only then she came to take our order. When she gave our drinks and the SDB, she threw the receipt on the table! But took that as, perhaps the receipt slipped from her hands, perhaps that’s why. Mind you, she wasn’t even looking at us! Then she came with our bibimbap and left. I thought she was going to go and take the red sauce. But when she didn’t return, I had to call her to ask for the red sauce. Only then she smiled sheepishly and said they were OUT OF RED SAUCE FOR THE BIBIMBAP!!!!!! Whaaaaaaat?! WHY DIDNT SHE TELL ME EARLIER BEFORE I ORDERED!!!! Horrible customer service!!!! How can a branch have no red sauce for Bibimbap? How do you manage your branch?! The stocks?! Perhaps from my observation, the manager (the one in black uniform?) is just too lazy and always on the phone with horrible management & customer service or PR! So angry!!! Train your staff to inform customers when something is unavailable! When paying, the PIC, the manager perhaps (the chubby one in black shirt), key in numbers and just pointed out to the payment machine/cc machine (whatever it’s called I forgot coz I’m so unhappy right now) WITHOUT LOOKING. JUST POINTING TO IT! So rude! Literally the worst Dubuyo experience I’ve ever had! Uggghhh!!! Please check the CCTV and see how your staff is always on the phone and being irresponsible. A staff was also eating in plain sight while looking...
Read moreThe dining experience was a bit gloomy and the staffs were seemingly looks exhausted, not lively or maybe just bored.
The interior design were cute, great colors and decorations. Lightings were great and bright, just the mood was not there when dining in.
Limited food/beverage choices, small menu but too expensive. Peach tea alone rm8+, despite what was served to us was just lipton peach tea that probably costs less than rm3. Unfortunately, they dont serve any bingsu by the time we arrived.
Portion-wise normal, taste-wise great (at least better than Sapoong beside). The kimchi was the best, it was fresh. Although we found out that none of the dishes were as how they were illustrated on the menu (Disappointing and misleading). Slow food serving, took at least 30mins for one dish. Wish the foods were served while hot especially bibimbap.
Payment by either cash or cashless (QR, Visa, etc). Not crowded. Hopeful for more service improvement and implementation of waiter calling system (restaurant pager) as well as QR...
Read moreThumbs up to all the staffs here. It was super packed when me and my family wanna dine in. It was around 1pm if I'm not mistaken (malaysian lunch time). Need to wait around 15minutes. But it's okay, it's totally understandable because they need to follow SOP and limit the customer for dine in.
Ordering food with no hassle although that time all staffs were busy. It just that we received our sondoobu jigae late, the staff missed our order and when we asked they just realised about it. They even apologising for the mistake. 👍
Foods was excellent as usual. Staffs were super friendly and very welcoming. Staffs always smile although it was during peak hour. Place? COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN.
Please do not feel hesitate to come Dubuyo Aeon Nilai. Hope they can keep the good foods and excellent services. ❤️
I don't have much photo at the restaurant because I was busy...
