Hotel Aman- Nilai / KLIA — Hotel in Negeri Sembilan

First i start with good thing about this hotel. I took 2 superior single hotel rooms.

Good: Location: near masjid, mall, petrol station, near a lot of restaurants.

Service: okay, before check in, they show me room option personally which one i want, though the quality after that... Hmmm

Extra items provided in room: TV Body wash One water bottle Hard soap Other than that u need to pay (based on what i ask every item rm 10, items such as iron and kettle)

Have elevator though...

Price s cheap.

Bad (i mean BAD), at least for the rooms that i take.

Facilities:

the card can't be used to open the door (just for lights) , they give u a physical key. One of the room doesn't have extra lock on the inside (broken).

to open the door u need to know, the khow how.

Cleanliness:

looks clean. BUT, in one room the sheet was inside out. And another, the room smells, the pillow smells too like never been kissed by the sun or never been touched by the soap.

saw a small croakcroach during my stay.

at least the towels smells like it has been washed.

the pillow, i ask for a change, they gave me one, but one side smells and the other is not. I did not use them. I bring my own pillow and covers (coincidentally had them in my car)

Conclusion:

If u have other options and means, please find somewhere else. The condition of the room provided to u is luck honestly.

I have stayed at OYO branch of hotels before. By far, this is the worst.

BUT, for affordable hotels, this one is good price wise. I just choose this hotels due to its location, elevator and already paid for it.

For the hotel managements, PLEASE, for every guest, change your pillows and dry them in dryer or something.. This I'm assuming u using all new sheets and pillow covers for every new guest and doesn't just tidying up what the last guests used.

HOPE FOR IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE SAKE OF OTHER GUEST, ESPECIALLY ONLINE...

A clean-ish budget hotel. Sufficient for one night but the room is too tiny for me to stay in for longer. Two things I didn't like was that our card did not work on our room door and using the key requires some 'art' to opening the room door. In the end the staff had to show us. Also the breakfast is not served in the stipulated time. We came down at 8am but the staff said breakfast only 6 - 8. But the sign says till 8.30.

Personally I think RM80 is abit pricey for this...

Location is great. The cleanliness of the room is awful, the bedsheet seems like the remains of the previous guest making out on the bed. Was a totally nightmare for me and friends. Service is good, just that the staff can only speak English, but not Malay. She asked us to only speak English...
