Wawa Seafood Restaurant — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

Very bad service at ALL include staff and the owner itself..very da KURANG AJAR n never apologize to us eventhough they have made a mistake.This is not the ¹st time i came here...eventhough rare,but dis time very² terrible.Last night bout almost 1115pm we were with 7 person (Family) came here for dinner..we have a sit n waiting for order,then 1 of the boy (waiter) come to our table n take our order...We have order :~ 1)A big bowl of rice 2) 2 set of maggie kerabu 3)Ayam masak merah for 3 person 4)Telur dadar 2pcs 5)Shrimp sauce with petai

After 20min the food has arrived but not all we have ordered just now...,but 2 set of maggie kerabu n Shrimp sambal have'nt.. We patiently waiting...after 15min still have'nt arrive yet..we started ask and a bit angry. .My younger brother got up and went to the counter and asked why some food didn't arrive yet..the answer is "we had to wait"....we dont know how much longer to wait...🤔

10min had passed the food didn't arrive either..whoever waiter crossed by to us we call and asks about our food.. the same answer, "they have to check"..again n again...we dont know the food is it ready or still on doing..what da fish r u doing then?😠

We're all starting to get angry already..we can't wait any longer..my sister n her kid eat the food while me,adik n his wife still waited like a fool there without food..I can see the restaurant fully occupied by costumers when we all arrived just now n waiter are busy run here n there..others can get their food immediately...My question is..why some people came here after us,but they are is enjoying their food already..i feel so weird ..what happen..why treated us like this ..seems like we are not here..😠

An hour has passed,had to call the stupid owner to talk n complaint bout the incident happen..

But we have not receive some food ..we are waiting and keep and asked for it many times just now.. Owner: Ooh some of the food finish already so we don't make it.(stupid answer) Bro: Ok..but then why dont you tell us earlier..so maybe we can order something else..isn't ?? Owner: Ooh by the time you all come, food is about to finish..my staff just take your order and he not realize that cooking ingredient is finish..n some more we are about to closed..(stupid answer again) Bro: Next time.. tell me earlier..dont make your customers waiting like a fool here ok..so we can go and find other place to eat.. Owner: So what you want now..(what question is this) Bro: We all keep silence Owner: He went in without saying a word..He even say sorry to us just left us..so arrogant.. A several minute he comes back n bring Ikan Sambal n persuade us to eat it for free (konon)... we dont eat..we are done...the stupid owner just left.. We move away without say a word..we are unsatisfied...by the way we have paid everthing.

As a muslim like you please change your behaviour n...

If I could, I would give 0 stars but thats not possible, so I will give this shop 1 star.

Me and my family have been happily dining at this shop since 3 years ago, however, after our recent visit, this will be our last.

1. Portion too small We have booked for 12 people, we ordered their set C and set D. However, what came was the most pathetic serving of food, it was so little that it made us question whether it was enough, and It wasn’t. We ended up ordering more. Turns out, they combined the two portions in the sets together without informing us. (Total amount was RM 300, we don’t mind paying any amount for good food, but for bad food? We have to complain)

2. Inclusion of food that we did not order During the payment of the bill, they included songtam (?) and various other drinks that we did not order. Our set had 12 plates of rice, but they mixed it up in one bowl and told us that there’s 5-6 bowls worth of rice in each bowl, but how do we know thats true? It is very little in amount nonetheless. When we mentioned this to the owner, she persisted that we ordered, thankfully she wasn’t persistent enough and accepted defeat. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

3. Horrible food Tomyam was thick and not how a regular tomyam is supposed to be, it was dark red and looked like asam pedas (mind you, tomyam is supposed to be orangish red). The ayam kunyit was oily and salty, they cut it up into small pieces, the amount was very unsatisfactory. The kailan ikan masin was very oily, it was questionable whether they accidentally poured a tank of oil in it. The egg was so small, even the chicken would be disappointed of what it had become.

4. Different from what it was Me and my family have been coming here for years, we are unsure if it is the chef that has went away or the management, but it used to be good. It’s sad of how this shop has fallen to the depths due to this.

We hope for further reformation and change in both the management and service, maybe we will go once again, but for now, we’ll go to another Tomyam shop...

The lamb chop was not cooked properly. I've been here before, and I can tell the difference.

Today, it seems like it was boiled (nak cepat defrost mungkin?) rather than grilled.

I wanted them to check, but they didn’t even look at the food to verify my claim. The person at the counter (I assume he’s the owner) just said, "Saya confirm itu grilled." He didn’t even bother to bring the food to the kitchen to check with the cook. Anak saya lapar, dia makan juga sekeping.

On another note, the Mee Celup and Daging Paprik were nice though.

Waiter should be friendly.

Price wise okay kot.
