This would be an feedback for improvement. The waiter, busboys and kitchen does not seems to communicate well which kept bringing back the food that have been served, which went through the order sheets still repeat the same. It's utterly disappointed when it came to the quality of food, there's no where near thai which I would say 30% for sweet sour and a touch of spiciness without the core elements.

As a mixed Thai it really turns me down; where it's more like a fusion food restaurant instead.

The atmosphere are abit noisy where higher tone of voice towards shouting are required. That would the first and last visit I would say. This 2 stars given one for the renovation decorations and one for the ample parking space. Perhaps when the standards of service without communication breaks down between front of the house and back of the house. With at least 60% close to legit thai food, be it northern, central or southern style. Then it would an opportunity for a revisits. Serving Singha or beer chang does not meet the standard of being an authentic Thai food restaurant which those beers could be sourced via convenience store which...

My experience was completely unacceptable and nowhere near what you’d expect from a place with such a title.

I ordered takeaway, and the staff told me it would be ready in 15–20 minutes. I ended up waiting 45 minutes. Even after I checked at the 30-minute mark, all they kept saying was “please wait a little longer.” The service was unprofessional and frustrating.

I ordered Thai Tom Yum Fried Rice and Pineapple Fried Rice both are basic dishes, and yet they were cooked horribly. The taste was off, lacking flavor, and poorly presented. The seafood was even worse. It was not fresh at all. I had one bite of the squid and instantly spat it outit was absolutely disgusting.

The only thing worth eating was the signature BBQ pork ribs. But the entire meal cost RM298, and for that price, the quality was far below expectations.

TL;DR: Pros: Good food taste, air-conditioned environment, plenty of parking space. Cons: Long waiting time, terrible portion control, advertised promotion not available.

Long story: Saw the promotion of new Thai chicken rice on Facebook and we went to the restaurant during lunch time. Upon seated we were told that the promotion item is not available yet and need to wait till 1pm+ despite the promotion says "12pm+ first come first serve" and there is even a banner on the outside showing the promotion and the time. A bummer, but we still stayed regardless to try out the other menus.

Proceed to order lunch sets instead. Ended up waiting for over 40 minutes for some of the items to be served, which made us late for work.

Some of the "pork chops" in the "Mama Mee with Pork Chop" we ordered are so tiny sized, even smaller than the cucumber slices. The portion control is very inconsistent between different plates.
