K Fry Urban Korean Seremban Oasis — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

Disappointed with KFry S2, Oasis.

We made a reservation to dine at KFry S2 at 1:00 PM. However, when we arrived, there were no available tables at all, and we were told to wait another 20 - 25 mins, but we actually need to wait for 30 minutes to be seated. That already defeats the purpose of making a reservation?!

While waiting outside, we placed our order in advance, we all ordered lunch set promo (RM19.90). Before making the reservation, i even called KFry to confirm the lunch set timing, and were told it’s available from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM.

But the real disappointment came after we finally got a table. 10 minutes after being seated, the staff suddenly informed us that all the lunch sets were sold out. This was extremely frustrating. Like we wait for 40 minutes for nothing?!? Because, we had already ordered the lunch set 20 minutes earlier while waiting. The staff should have informed us earlier or checked the availability when we placed our order. We had reserved a table but still had to queue like walk-ins??

Honestly, what’s the point of allowing reservations if you can’t honour them? And if you let customers pre-order, make sure you actually have the items available. Sorry but this experience was really disappointing and...

I had a terrible experience at K Fry during my recent visit. I went there to order takeout, but the service at the payment counter was extremely slow and poorly managed. The staff seemed clueless about handling the crowd, making the long queue even more frustrating.

After waiting patiently for my turn, the cashier suddenly asked me to step aside and allowed other customers to make payments first. This was completely unacceptable! How long was I supposed to wait just to place an order? And how much longer would I have to wait for my food to be prepared after that?

If the restaurant is aware of long queues, they should take necessary action, such as opening additional counters to speed up the process. Customers who come to eat are just as important as those making payments after their meals. Proper staff management and efficient crowd control, especially during peak hours, are crucial.

The staff’s incompetence and lack of professionalism were disappointing. Frustrated, I left without even ordering my food. K Fry seriously needs to improve its service if they want to...

I recently visited KFry Seremban, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The restaurant had a modern yet cozy vibe, with bright lighting and comfortable seating. It felt welcoming, perfect for both casual dinners and group outings.

I ordered their signature Korean Fried Chicken with the cheese dip, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the cheese added a creamy, indulgent twist. We also tried the Kimchi Fried Rice, which had the perfect balance of spice and tanginess. The portions were generous, so it’s great for sharing!

The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our orders were served promptly. They even helped us with the cheese-pull presentation for the fried chicken, which was a fun experience.
