This experience is from my first & sole visit during sushi king bonanza 09/21. The only short way I can describe it is that it sucks.
In a much longer words; the menu is somehow very limited, waiter do not want to accept order (I can only choose from the conveyor. That is not the case when I am eating at SK Cyberjaya & MidValley outlet), understaffed (and this affect the cleanliness of the place as they couldn't afford their time to clean), the air conditioning is quite poor, and to top it off, the sushi doesn't LOOK & TASTE fresh.

I had a very unpleasant experience at your Palm Mall Seremban branch. The staff were extremely rude and ignored us when we arrived. Even though we had a baby, they didn’t offer a baby chair. When I asked, they just told me to get it myself.
The food quality was terrible. The sushi and beef were both bad, and the grilled beef was cold—absolutely disgusting.
To make things worse, when I was paying, the staff was literally sleeping.
This was a terrible experience. I will never visit this branch again.
