Can i put ZERO for service? Ordered a Whopper Meal drive thru + 2 Hershey pies + onion rings - told the cashier to make sure fries are hot. 3 staff working behind cashiers, Cashier young Malay boy called it a 'whuuper' ..told him he should know how to pronounce the brand name correctly - to which he nodded. Big Indian staff in BOH uniform was walking around, chewing something and on the phone, young Malay female cashier was there also. The 2 FOH staff go somewhere and the Indian BOH staff is left alone behind counter - leans against corner n gets on with looking at his phone. My order is complete n i get it all in 1 bag - the smart Indian BOH staff puts my COLD Hershey pies ON TOP of other food. Tasted the fries - COLD & soggy. Knocked on Drive thru window n informed BOH Indian Einstein that i asked for hot fries..he blinks, takes back my fries n goes around the corner. Smart genius presumably thinks constantly chewing/eating something must improve his IQ but it totally did not. So he takes a smaller paper bag, shoves my supposedly new hot fries, hands it to me n closes delivery door. At this point, 1 or 2 cars are already queueing up...so even though i tasted the fries n THEY WERE THE SAME, I decided to drive away - not wanting to trouble anyone in car(s) behind me.. You guys should just close down this outlet - the staff here are seriously hurting your brand. McD food is not the greatest but ask them to change the fries, with no fuss you will get NEW HOT FRIES. Here, BOH Indian David Copperfield thinks by switching to a smaller paper bag would make sub standard fries into HOT & CRISPY fries. CLOSE THE OUTLET, restart somewhere else in Seremban with a new crew - you cannot possibly be breaking even, let alone make a profit - not with BOH staff who are eating stock. Btw, for anyone reading this & thinking i am being racist - i am Indian also & i just HATE...

the food is.... well standard. Aligned to other Burger King outlet. Except, the services. If you planning to get services through drive thru mean, and if you in a hurry, you may opted not to come to this joint. This is because, once you reach the ordering machine, you will be greeted and asked to wait. The waiting part for you to be served will take about half an hour to 45 minutes. And only then you will be ask 'how they may serve you'. And then after giving your list of meal that you want to purchase, you will move to the payment counter and meal collection. Here you may need to wait for about 10 to 15 minutes. So all in all you will be experiencing sort of an hour to get yourself to be served. Interesting part is, this joint only host between 4 to 6 in house customers at a time. So, if you are kind of person that not in a hurry, got lots of topic to discuss with your friends in your car while waiting to be served, then this is the place for you. In this fast pace world, you may opted out this joint from your visiting list. Unless if you don't mind their snail fast services, this is may the grrrr reat place for you. Maybe this is the second time I came here after a few years. Came to this mall just for work. Honestly, bad experience here. The cashier was a woman. I don’t know whether she’s new staff or old staff, but what I saw was the male staff being offensive towards her.

A customer in front of me, and also myself, were claiming free ice cream. She was probably new because she didn’t know how to key in and scan the barcode. She asked help from the male staff, but both of them were angry and harsh towards her. During my order, she asked help again from another male staff, and he treated her the same way.

I ordered a set meal, but the guy didn’t even let me choose my own drink. He simply keyed in Coke, which I cannot drink because of gastrik. He didn’t even ask, just keyed in. I asked the cashier “air?” but maybe she didn’t hear me. After payment, she gave me the receipt with her hand shaking.

Only one cashier, with a long queue. She even had to clean the tables and then come back to the counter. Salute to you, girl, for keeping on working there. Hope...
