Seoul Garden @ Palm Mall, Seremban — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

Not authentic korean dishes and food servings are very poor..limited choices for dinner even when u have got to pay for the same price at rm49/pax..I cant even imagine having a buffet dinnet at a so-called korean restaurant but not been served with at least a kimchi and danmuji in dishes range..kimchi stock runout??i cant accept such excuse as u charge customers with the same price..not to mention we only been served with a kimbap in sushi array..when i asked the staff,I am so disappointed when they answer me that choices are limited for dinner..then why on earth are we have to pay more than your lunch buffet when we got less choices??me and family had a very bad experience and NOT gonna repeat going there..so not worth every penny cause the only reason I went there was to have an authentic korean food...

I went there with my mom during Ramadan, just the two of us. It was our first time, so I was a bit unsure about how things worked. The guy at the cashier gave us an unpleasant and judgmental look, which even my mom noticed. We also felt he judged us based on our appearance, maybe because we were dressed simply. Maybe he was moody because of fasting, I’m not sure, but if you choose to work, then do your job professionally. If you can’t handle it, then don’t work. It made us feel uncomfortable, and it left us wondering if it was also racially motivated. Thankfully, the other staff were kind and polite, and the food was really delicious. Had a terrible experience at here. Service & foods are terrible & will never ever go back to this restaurant again. As a Korean restaurant, don't even have gimbap, & the soups (tomyam & ginseng chicken) also tasteless. Their so called "IMPORTED PREMIUM ITEMS" are even more sucks, not fresh & the squid is still with the membrane at the outside of the squid body. & if you go together with few ppl, advise not to upgrade the premium as all pax got to upgrade.
