First, I want to praise the chef for the wonderful meal. However, I noticed a few areas for improvement:
Staff Attention: Your café is cozy, but the staff seem distracted. I heard a "welcome" but saw them chatting instead of focusing on guests.
Television Use: The TV shows someone making coffee, but it could promote your signature dishes instead. Why you put the tv at top area, no one could realize that
Restroom Barriers: The barriers between the café and restroom need improvement. They look broken, and I saw someone trying to fix them.
Napkin Presentation: The way the napkins are folded with utensils doesn’t look professional. It would be better to set the table properly after presenting the menu.
QR Menu and Staff Engagement: With many staff around, I’m unsure why the QR menu is necessary. The staff could improve their upselling skills. Referring to the feedback book from November 3rd, it’s evident that there’s room for improvement in table checks and overall engagement I also noticed staff smoking outside in front of the cafe, which isn’t appropriate.
Cake Upselling: You have great cakes, but no one suggested them at my table. It would be nice if staff asked if guests wanted dessert or another drink.
Staff Training: One staff member from Bangladesh was very knowledgeable and attentive while the others still having fun chatting at outside table when i want to settle my bill. It would help if all staff were trained similarly. I also heard the manager in the kitchen handling plating, which may indicate that the kitchen staff need more training.
Please consider changing the napkin box on the table. While I appreciate the effort to promote your delivery service, it doesn’t belong there. It would be better to have a more suitable napkin holder that fits the café’s atmosphere.

I assumed their signature dish is most probably the Nasi Kerabu, but since I came in late afternoon and wanted something not too heavy, I decided to choose a different option. However, I will definitely try their Nasi Kerabu on my next visit.
From the moment I entered the shop until I left, everything went pleasantly smooth. The food was great, and the ambiance was good. I was pleasantly surprised by their pasta. It was delicious, and I can confidently say it is almost as good as the authentic ones. The taste is just right, nothing too overwhelming.
I think most people will agree that Carbonara can be a bit heavy if it's not prepared correctly, but theirs is good. I could probably go for a second serving and not feel overwhelmed. My nieces loved it too. The presentation was great, and the staff was friendly. You should also try their pavlova; it was amazing. It's not overly sweet, and the portion size is just right.
Oh, if you're ordering their shrimp aglio olio and want to make it spicy, please ask for the chili flakes on the side instead of mixed into your pasta. Forgive my language, but damn, it was so incredibly spicy. It tasted good, but it was very, very spicy.
So remember, ask for the chili flakes on the side, okay? Other than that, everything is amazing. I will definitely come again....
