Seremban Toast House — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

We have visited this café a few times before, but this recent experience was very disappointing and not up to standard, especially considering the price point. • Carbonara spaghetti tasted more like noodles boiled in evaporated milk than an actual carbonara. • Pizza had very little cheese and for the price charged, we expected much better quality and flavour. • Beef burger (RM29. 90) was unfortunately tasteless — the patty did not have the flavour or texture of beef. For the price, only wedges were served on the side, with no drink included and not even basic condiments like chilli sauce provided. • Chicken burger was over-coated in flour and excessively oily, making it unpleasant to eat. • Wedges were heavily covered in mayonnaise, completely overpowering the cheese sauce. • On top of that, the waiting time was long and there was even a fly inside the café, which is not a good impression for hygiene.

For the amount we spent (over RM100 for just a few items), the food quality, portion balance, and overall dining experience were very unsatisfactory. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously. The food quality and value for money are far below...

Was very disappointed with staff... The sanitizer they've prepared for for customer is clorax. I called the staff to check it, she never even bothered me and she asked another staff to check it. The 2nd staff also never check and told me that it a sanitizer in rude way. I'm repeating it for 3rd time it is clorax u check it. Quickly she talk to her friend in chinese language and she took one bottle which clearly written bleach. I have pointed that to her. I'm quite surprising.... Even one staff don't have any curtesy to ask me to wash hand 1st or apologise to me. My hand with strong smell of clorax and my tshirt has spoiled. What could be happed if I have bring my kids and happen the same....!!! Such irresponsible staff and I'm not going to be repeat customer.....!!!!! They very busy with other customers.... Been buying their cake and bread since the first day they open until just now. We ordered a cake prior with full payment, date to collect is today. We do not expect a heavy rain during the time of collection, and my wife alone driving to collect it for friend's birthday. When reach to their shop, alone in heavy rain, with umbrella, feel it is difficult to collect the cake and brings back to car. So she tried call Toast House for help, hope they can send the cake to the car which park right in front of the shop. The Good thing is Toast House directly turn down the request without any consideration or discussion. At the end, alone, pick up cake, carry the cake with a hand, with umbrella. Great Service.
